What vaccinations does my cat need to stay at PetSuites?
Cats staying at PetSuites must have current Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian.
Male cats must also be neutered, and PetSuites cannot accept cats who are in heat, may be coming into heat, have open wounds or stitches, are pregnant, or have contagious illnesses. Contact your local PetSuites if you have questions about your cat's eligibility before their stay.
What should I bring for my cat's stay at PetSuites?
Bring your cat's vaccination records, regular food, any necessary medications, emergency contact information, and approved comfort items you'd like them to have during their stay.
We encourage bringing your cat's regular food to help maintain their normal diet. Beds, toys, and other manageable personal items are welcome, but please leave glass, ceramic, and cherished or irreplaceable items at home.
PetSuites provides clean, sanitized bowls, bedding, and daily housekeeping, so there's no need to bring those essentials.
Can PetSuites accommodate shy, senior, or special-needs cats?
PetSuites welcomes cats with a variety of personalities and care needs. Whether your cat enjoys interaction and exploration or prefers a quieter, more relaxed environment, our team works to tailor their stay to their individual preferences.
PetSuites can also administer most medications at no additional charge, although we cannot administer injections. If your cat has specific care needs, contact your local resort before their stay so our team can discuss how we can best accommodate them.
Do cats receive playtime and enrichment during their stay?
Yes! One-on-one playtime is available for cats who enjoy additional attention, activity, and interaction. These sessions provide opportunities for enrichment and mental stimulation while giving your cat personalized time with our Pet Pros.
